Background
Leif Klingborg is a strategic consultant, known as the “leader of leaders”. He supports corporations executives to accelerate development in their organizations and sport coaches to accelerate their teams.
Leif was born and raised in Sweden. He studied leadership and business development first at Universities later through international Top Forums and networks. The legendary strategic consultant Mike Kami has been his no 1 mentor.
Consultant
The mixture of being an elite sportsman and a focused student allowed Leif to work on his ambition to develop support for leaders on how to involve their co-workers to drive development and generate outstanding results. Leif and his concepts earned early recognition by some big companies which he step by step became more involved ‘with’, helping in creating architecture for company development.
Klingborg consulting
Klingborg consulting supports: CEO’s company development, large R&D processes and leadership training. Klingborg keeps a long term ambition for supporting towards the edge in the business. The support becomes an ongoing step by step process over several years. More than 20 000 leaders and lot’s of co-workers have received training from Klingborg consultants.
Renewable Energy
Since year 2000 Leif has been involved in two renewable energy ambitions, as part owner and member of a working board. First project is to bring wave energy to the world, Seabased, another is a new model of wind generator, Vertical Wind.
Personal
Leif lives and runs his business out of Stockholm, Sweden. He is married to Lena since 1980; they have three grown-up children Anna, Jennie and Emil.
